This one has been in the works for a while. I’d heard ages ago for translating signs/menus/etc in foreign countries. But this is even cooler. Can’t wait for the iPhone version! And like the narrator says: “Dey ar ownlay swartching dar sirfarce”

I can pretty much operate my whole working life inside a browser window now, so this whole OS concept makes a lot of sense to me. Be nice to imagine an OS that worked the same on Macs & PCs too.

From what I can gather, this video was made to educate the Japanese about Google’s commitment to protecting privacy whilst offering a service like Street View on Google Maps.
